Terms & Conditions — t789

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on t789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are an individual human person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) and are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its associated entities.
• You are not knowingly located in or a resident of a Prohibited Territory, and you will not use VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or any court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the t789 Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same bank account, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number;
• Your date of birth;
• The bank account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any changes to your name, contact details, or bank account information must be notified to t789 Support and may require re-verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party, or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify t789 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, including by contacting us via live chat or at the support email address provided on this site. t789 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock your Account during investigation.

• t789 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent.
• All bets placed and transactions completed while your credentials are active are your responsibility. t789 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account via the Security Settings section of the Platform dashboard.

t789 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods that are registered in the same name as the Account Holder. Third-party deposits — that is, funds originating from a bank account, e-wallet, or card not belonging to the Account Holder — are not permitted and will be returned minus any incurred transfer fees.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Deposit page within the Platform and are subject to change. In general, bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Player Balance within five (5) minutes. t789 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account Holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered to the Account Holder's name; t789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Funds originating from active Bonus credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• t789 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified bank-transfer requests submitted during standard banking hours. Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically real-time.
• Withdrawals submitted outside Indonesian banking hours (typically 22.00–06.00 WIB) may be queued and processed upon resumption of banking services.
• t789 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 in a rolling seven-day period. Processing of such requests may take up to three (3) business days pending review.
• t789 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank transfer fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.

t789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of t789 and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus component may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts, VPN usage, or collusion with other players constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination.
• t789 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds — and any winnings derived therefrom — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
• Certain game types (for example, live dealer games or low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

t789 offers wagering across multiple verticals, including football sports betting (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international tournaments including the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) pools, sabung ayam (live cockfighting), live casino games, slot gacor (online slot machines), virtual sports, and e-sports markets.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the User after confirmation unless an explicit cash-out facility is offered for that market.
• t789 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market where a pricing error, data feed failure, or palpable mistake resulted in manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account Holder's Player Balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. t789 may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice where live data feeds become unreliable or where a significant in-game event (goal, red card, penalty) is imminent.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one leg is void, that leg is treated as a push (odds of 1.00) and the remaining legs are settled as normal.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet type are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change at t789's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the outcome recorded in t789's official transaction database shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure in Clause 17.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (duplicate/multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, Tor, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bot automation, script injection, or any other technical interference;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of corruption that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or game offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Exploiting promotional offers through systematic abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated group exploitation ("bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t789 staff or other users via any communication channel.

t789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months;
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Account Holder, t789 will return all verified real-money balances to the Account Holder's registered bank account within ten (10) business days. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon Account closure.

Account Holders may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting t789 Support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Account Holder's verified bank account, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met.

All content on the t789 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game assets, and odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent from t789;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use t789's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t789 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside t789's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with Account security requirements as set out in Clause 4;
• Errors in third-party data feeds (e.g., live score providers) that result in temporary incorrect odds or delayed settlement, where t789 has taken reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.

t789's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all users. The following tools are available to all registered Account Holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

In summary, t789 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account administration and identity verification (KYC);
• Transaction processing, fraud prevention, and AML compliance;
• Personalisation of the Platform experience and targeted promotional communications (where consent is given);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

t789 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing occurs only with service providers who support Platform operations (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) and where required by law or regulation.

t789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, t789 will provide notice via one or more of the following channels: in-Platform notification, email to the registered Account address, or a prominent notice on this page.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 10.

We recommend that all Account Holders review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to t789 Support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Company's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these terms and applicable local law in Indonesia, the parties agree to resolve such conflicts in good faith with reference to the principles outlined herein.

In the event of a dispute between t789 and an Account Holder arising from the use of the Platform:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Account Holder should first contact t789 Support via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute. t789 will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, the Account Holder may submit a formal written complaint to t789 via the support email address. Formal complaints will receive a written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to independent arbitration under mutually agreed rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits the Account Holder's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
