Since 2016, t789 has been building a different kind of online betting platform — one that puts Indonesian players first, speaks their language, and pays out without the runaround. This is our story.
t789 was founded in 2016 by a team of betting industry veterans who saw a clear gap in the Indonesian market: internationally operated platforms that were technically capable but culturally tone-deaf — slow to process local bank transfers, unavailable in Bahasa Indonesia, and indifferent to the specific sports, games, and betting formats that Indonesian players actually care about.
The founding principle was simple: build a platform that works the way Indonesian bettors think, fund, and play. That meant integrating BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers from day one. It meant offering BRI Liga 1 markets with the same depth as EPL or La Liga. It meant hiring native Indonesian-speaking support agents and making them available across peak evening hours (WIB). And it meant offering togel (Indonesia's beloved traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams), and bandar bola (local football bookmaker markets) alongside a world-class live casino and slots library — because that is the full spectrum of how Indonesian bettors actually engage with online gaming.
Over the eight years since launch, t789 has grown from a focused football-betting product into a comprehensive online entertainment platform serving more than 2.4 million registered members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Palembang, and every major city in between. Our catalogue now spans 4,800+ games — live casino tables with real dealers, high-RTP slot gacor titles, virtual sports, e-sports markets covering Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile, and one of the most comprehensive football betting menus available to Indonesian players, from Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda) all the way through the FIFA World Cup.
t789 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to rigorous compliance standards — including KYC identity verification, AML transaction monitoring, and mandatory responsible-gaming tools such as deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. We believe that sustainable entertainment is only possible when players feel safe, supported, and in control. That philosophy shapes every product decision we make.
Today, t789 processes an average of Rp 8.500.000.000 in player payouts every day — with the vast majority of bank-transfer withdrawals settled within five minutes, around the clock. We remain an English-language platform by design, serving the segment of Indonesian players who prefer the clarity and international register of English for financial and gaming platforms — while ensuring our support team speaks Bahasa Indonesia fluently for every customer interaction that calls for it.
t789 goes live with a focused football-betting product and BCA / BRI bank-transfer support for Indonesian players.
Evolution Gaming live tables and a full togel lottery suite join the platform, doubling monthly active users within six months.
A complete mobile-optimized rebuild ensures t789 loads in under two seconds on 4G connections across Indonesia.
OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja added — meeting Indonesian players where their money already lives.
t789 crosses the 2 million registered-member milestone, becoming one of Indonesia's most-visited English-language betting platforms.
Enhanced live-streaming, e-sports expansion, and a revamped Loyalty Program roll out across the t789 platform.
Every design decision, product feature, and operational policy at t789 traces back to one of these core commitments.
Every feature on t789 is evaluated through a single lens: does this make life better for our players? From withdrawal speed to odds accuracy to UI clarity, the player experience comes before platform convenience.
Our settlement infrastructure is engineered for sub-5-minute bank transfers and real-time e-wallet payouts. We never hold funds longer than necessary — your winnings belong to you, and we get them to you fast.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, automated fraud detection, and a dedicated KYC compliance team ensure that every account and every transaction on t789 is protected to the highest international standard.
t789 is more than a platform with an Indonesian payment page. We employ native Indonesian-speaking support agents, build promotions around Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day, and price our BRI Liga 1 markets with genuine local expertise.
All RNG games on t789 are independently audited. Published RTP percentages are verified quarterly. Odds are set algorithmically without manual manipulation. Bonus terms are written in plain language — no buried clauses.
t789 provides deposit limits, session-time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options to every registered player — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a genuine expression of our duty of care. Adults 21+ only.
Our mission at t789 is to deliver the most trusted, most enjoyable, and most fairly priced online betting experience available to Indonesian players — with the operational reliability and support quality that international-standard players deserve.
We believe gambling is entertainment — best enjoyed responsibly, within personal limits, and with complete information. We believe Indonesian players deserve the same product quality as players in any regulated Western market. And we believe that long-term trust is built through thousands of small interactions done right: a withdrawal processed in four minutes at 02.00 WIB, a support agent who explains a bonus term without jargon, a live chat response that arrives in under three minutes.
These are the standards t789 holds itself to every day — and the reason our members keep coming back.
t789 has served Indonesian players since 2016. We are proud to support the Indonesian football community — from BRI Liga 1 clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United, to the national side Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda) at every Piala AFF and World Cup qualifier campaign. We also celebrate Indonesia's rich cultural calendar — from Ramadhan and Idul Fitri through Nyepi — with community promotions designed respectfully and authentically.
t789 is designed for a specific kind of Indonesian bettor — one who values quality, speed, and international-standard professionalism.
Football-focused players who want deep BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and Champions League coverage with competitive odds, live in-play markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg parlay accumulator) builders.
Players who gravitate toward Evolution Gaming live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette tables — or who hunt high-RTP slot gacor titles from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe's Aviator.
Indonesian players who participate in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — including Singapore, Hongkong, and Sydney pools — wanting reliable result delivery and fast payout settlement.
Younger Indonesian bettors who follow Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire tournaments — a rapidly growing segment that t789 actively serves with dedicated e-sports markets and live-stream integration.
At t789, we do not take player loyalty for granted. Every positive review, every referral, and every returning deposit is a vote of confidence that we work hard to deserve. We measure ourselves not by marketing reach but by the operational metrics that matter to players: withdrawal times, odds accuracy, support response speed, and game availability uptime.
Our platform maintains 99.6% uptime across all services, with scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance via in-platform notification and WhatsApp broadcast. We understand that in Indonesian betting culture, match kickoff times — especially 02.45 WIB Champions League fixtures — are non-negotiable. Our infrastructure team is staffed around the clock to ensure t789 is always available exactly when you need it.
